Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness in office operations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure all office needs are met.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinate office orientation programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in office management, administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage office operations and administrative staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience managing budgets and office expenditures.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
