Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend strategic and executive meetings and prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOMs).

- Support the preparation and consolidation of executive presentations, including Business Reviews, Annual Operating Plans, and Strategic Plans.

- Manage follow-ups on action items, tasks, and requests to ensure timely execution.

- Handle all internal and external correspondence, including emails, calls, and official communications.

- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange logistics for conferences, meetings, and business travel (flights, hotels, visas).

- Oversee the Travel & Entertainment (T&E) process in line with company policies.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on projects and assignments.

- Act as a key point of contact between senior management and different departments.

- Support executive and VIP visits.

- Manage office operations and administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 7 years of experience as an Office Manager or Personal Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives.

- Proven experience supporting senior leadership.

- Excellent command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.

- Excellent organizational, time-management, multitasking, and follow-up skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when required.

- Experience in multinational or regional corporate environments is preferred.
