Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administration.
  • Supervise office staff and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendors, and service contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support HR and finance teams in administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field. br>- 3 5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Manager. br>- Strong organizational and multitasking skills. br>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. br>- Fluent English written and spoken. br>- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. br>
