Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily administrative tasks and office operations.
- Organize and prepare management and board meetings (agenda, minutes, and follow-up).
- Communicate board decisions to relevant departments and track implementation.
- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures
- Support management with reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Identify administrative gaps and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate internal training sessions related to governance and compliance.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in office management or executive administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong problem-solving ability
