Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Comprehending the process of generating tax invoices within the framework of the Egyptian Tax Authority s electronic system.
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all office-related activities.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and supporting HR-related administrative tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and developing administrative teams.
  • Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience managing office budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Open to working in an on-site (office-based) arrangement.
