Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Comprehending the process of generating tax invoices within the framework of the Egyptian Tax Authority s electronic system.
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness in all office-related activities.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding office matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, security, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and supporting HR-related administrative tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with all levels of staff.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising and developing administrative teams.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience managing office budgets and vendor relationships.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
- Open to working in an on-site (office-based) arrangement.
