Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring the office is organized and well-maintained.
Travel Coordination: Manage and coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, arranging hotel accommodations, and preparing itineraries for staff and visitors.
Basic Accounting: Handle basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and assisting with monthly and quarterly reporting.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with service providers and vendors (e.g., office supply vendors, cleaning services, etc.) to ensure seamless operations and cost-effectiveness.
Calendar and Schedule Management: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the team, ensuring proper coordination of internal and external events.
Communication and Correspondence: Act as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting software.
Experience in booking travel (flights, hotels, etc.) and coordinating logistics.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma required; additional certification in office management or accounting is a plus.
