Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency for building environments.
- Conduct detailed calculations and simulations to validate mechanical designs, minimizing errors and maximizing system effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, specifications, and drawings, communicating complex information clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into building designs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
- Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license, demonstrating commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
- Has relevant certifications such as LEED AP, showcasing expertise in sustainable building design and practices.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in the building services industry, indicating a deep understanding of mechanical systems.
