Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for

  • external errands such as going to the bank, picking up materials or documents from suppliers, and handling small deliveries.
  • Taking care of office purchases: supplies, IT equipment, and consumables.
  • Providing basic support for office and IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc.).
  • Managing inventory and keeping track of office assets and equipment.
  • Ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and fully functional.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent (Bac+2 / Bac+3) in logistics, management, administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in office operations, logistics, or general services (internships included).
  • Skills: Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. Hands-on and proactive. Strong communication and service mindset. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
