Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize correspondence, ensuring timely responses and proper handling of sensitive information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipating needs and placing orders to prevent disruptions in daily operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, employing software tools to enhance visual appeal and clarity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with preference for an associate's degree in business administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant office experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a strong advantage for communication purposes.
