Roles & Responsibilities
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical).
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Support management and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
