Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of office supplies inventory and order additions as necessary.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval when needed.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities regularly.
  • Greet and assist visitors by providing information and directing them appropriately.
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are well-equipped and prepared for conference calls and meetings.
  • Support in scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars for various departments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and collection of mail.
  • Collaborate with departments to support special projects and operational improvements.
  • Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other office documents.
  • Provide general administrative support, answering queries and helping with office-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment at all times.
  • Participate in company events and meetings to support company culture and activities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address issues efficiently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
