Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

DESCRIPTION
Request for Proposal (RFP) Development
• Develop, review, and finalize RFPs documents in coordination with the concerned business units.
• Respond to vendors queries with regards to RFP document in consultation with the concerned business units.
Contract Drafting & Review
• Develop standards for contracts in conjunction with legal department.
• Prepare contracts and agreements in accordance with approved templates.
• Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of contract text and attachments and ensure adequacy and completeness of technical terms.
• Discuss, negotiate and serve as primary contact during contract negotiations with vendors.
Contract Variation & Termination management
• Identify and analyse the need for contract amendment when requested by BU.
• Prepare and issue Variation Order and engage with Business Unit, Finance & Legal as per GCAA process / Authority matrix
• Support in recommend technical, legal, financial actions according to performance.
Contract Expiration management
• Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into Contract Repository and securely maintained.
• Update the status of the contract in the contract register.
• Review the bond release/ liquidation notification.
Reporting
• Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.
Knowledge and Experiences:
Bachelor s Degree in business administration, Engineering or equivalent with 0 2 years experience in a relevant function.
