Roles & Responsibilities
Role Description
Communicate with retail customers (online clients) and work with other internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure all customer instructions are handled promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily correspondence.
- Clients management by all communications channels
- Handling portfolios and accounts.
- Answering client s inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree/higher diploma (preferably accounting , finance ,business administration and public relation )
Skills required:
- Computer literate (Microsoft application)
- Bilingual (Arabic and English reading and writing)
- Customer service oriented.
- Strong listening skills
- Good communication skills.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate or one year experience in customer service field.
