Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Driver Operations
· Assist in driver acquisition efforts, including onboarding, training, and compliance checks.
· Engage with driver partners to understand their needs and challenges, providing excellent support and timely resolution to their queries.
· Execute retention and engagement initiatives, such as reward programs, surveys, and communication campaigns.
· Work with cross-functional teams to streamline driver-facing processes and improve the driver experience.
· Structuring driver training content and host driver training sessions to enable drivers to perform as per platform guidelines
Operational Excellence
· Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights for operational improvements.
· Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
· Identify and address bottlenecks in driver and marketplace workflows, proposing scalable solutions.
· Participate in local and regional projects to test and implement new operational strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a fast-paced startup environment.
· Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with data tools (SQL, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus).
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with driver partners and internal teams.
· A problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding innovative solutions to operational challenges.
Previous experience in the ridesharing, logistics, or gig economy sectors is an advantage but not required.
