Roles & Responsibilities

JOB TITLE
Information Technology Officer | MAF Retail | Head Office Jordan

ROLE SUMMARY

The IT Officer is responsible for the IT support activities according to procedures. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring the IT business unit documentation and updates on unit hardware.


ROLE PROFILE

  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Talk staff through a series of actions, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles and resolve password issues.
  • Test and evaluate new technology.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve leadership and technical skills pertaining to the direct line of work.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • IT certification is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
