Roles & Responsibilities

The client provides a complaint resolution mechanism to the consumers of Licensed Financial Institutions (LFIs) and Insurance Companies. As a Consumer Happiness Officer, you will be on the front line of our Customer Happiness Centre to provide best-in-class customer service. You will be committed to helping consumers with their inquiries and directing them to the right support to help resolve their complaints against LFIs and/or Insurance Companies in a fair, efficient, and timely manner

Desired Candidate Profile

High School Degree or Diploma in Banking/Marketing/Finance or any other related discipline. Proficient in the Arabic language and good command of English. 2 - 4 years of customer service experience. Working experience in the UAE would be an advantage.
