Roles & Responsibilities

Role Summary:
Looking for a candidate with experience in handling medical insurance endorsements and operations (individual & group). Must have hands-on experience working on provider portals and strong understanding of UAE health insurance regulations (DHA, DOH/HAAD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process additions, deletions, policy changes & upgrades/downgrades.
  • Review medical applications, coordinate COC requests & waiting period waivers.
  • Work through provider portals and follow-up with providers & internal teams.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance (DHA / HAAD / DOH).
  • Maintain endorsement trackers and meet turnaround timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • 1–2+ years UAE experience in medical endorsements or operations.
  • Knowledge of DHA, DOH/HAAD guidelines.
  • Familiarity with portals (NAS, Sukoon, Daman, etc.).
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to meet fast-paced deadlines.
