Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains rotable inventory and accurate data, including component demand records, stock parameters, repair cycle information, and provisioning data within planning systems.
- Monitors and analyses rotable float levels, identifies risks of shortages, and recommends corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory.
- Performs analysis of the Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) and provisioning data, and recommends actions to balance component availability, cost efficiency, and operational requirements.
- Maintains accurate rotable inventory records, part master data, including part number (PN( creation and rotable parameter definition within the maintenance system to ensure proper component visibility and traceability.
- Performs and drives rotable asset reconciliation across systems, vendors, pool providers, and finance, ensuring alignment and accuracy of inventory positions.
- Investigates inventory discrepancies and performs corrective actions to align system balances with actual component positions.
- Maintains records related to component removals, repair cycles, and stock movements to support demand forecasting and planning analysis.
- Prepares routine reports and planning summaries related to rotable inventory levels, float utilisation, and component availability.
- Conducts continuous inventory optimisation by maintaining analysis of stock utilisation, repair turnaround time, and inventory movement trends.
- Coordinates with logistics and stores to ensure accurate recording of component transactions and system updates.
- Coordinates with Power-by-the-Hour (PBH)/Pool provider to ensure optimal inventory availability.
- Liaises with Engineering & Maintenance to align rotable priorities and operational requirements.
- Coordinates with the component management team to align component repair priorities and availability with operational demands.
- Coordinates with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for rotable support to address reliability issues, chronic removals, or repair TAT delays.
- Monitors and controls rotable provisioning requirements for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance , including Service Bulletins (SBs), Engineering Orders (EOs), and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) demands.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in aviation materials planning, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations within an airline, MRO, or aviation-related organisation.
- Knowledge of aviation ERP or maintenance systems such as AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory planning tools.
- Years with qualifications: 3 - 5 years
- Relevant aviation or supply chain certifications are an advantage.
