Officer - Sourcing Almosafer

About the Role:
Manage and support merchants offering activities and tours in Saudi Arabia, ensuring quality experiences for customers. Build strong partner relationships, track performance, and help grow the business on Almosafer Activities.

Responsibilities:

• Acquisition: Acquire a diverse range of merchants across different industries, from key accounts (large business size) to local players (mid/small size) in a scalable way. Support product onboarding and coordinate with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams.
• Account Management: Build strong relationships with partners to help them maximize their sales potential on Almosafer Activities. Communicate Almosafer Activities business strengths and brand value to suppliers, and develop long-term success plans to ensure sustainable partnerships. Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers on our processes and tools.
• Optimization: Commit to delivering a world-class experience for our customers in terms of pricing, inventory, content, and exclusive privileges, while maintaining a market-leading position at all times.
• Market Intelligence: Provide market leaders with relevant insights to identify market trends and competitor updates.
• Partnerships & Relations: Maintain strong relationships with contracted merchants and attend all relevant events and exhibitions to represent the platform and strengthen partnership networks.
• Operational Support: Efficiently use systems and internal platforms to manage daily operations, ensuring accurate and timely updates of merchant and product data.
• Performance & Reporting: Regularly monitor merchant performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
• Quality & Experience: Oversee the quality of experiences provided by suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and continuously enhance service standards.
• Growth & Development: Contribute to the development of expansion strategies for the activities and tours sector in Saudi Arabia, supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing traveler experiences and increasing collaboration opportunities with local and international partners.
