Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle travel-related requests, including flights, hotels, private jets, cruises, car rentals (chauffeur and self-drive), meet and greet services, and airport transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide the full suite of customer service offerings (including booking, inquiries, and requests) to our premium customers.
- Assist our premium customers needs with air, lodging, and car rental.
- Proactively offer options to customers and follow through to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service and product.
- Respond to and follow up on travel and lifestyle inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Evaluate customers complaints and ensure that they are dealt with expeditiously and satisfactorily, reporting service failures to the source and making recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Profile requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in tourism or a related field
- 2+ years experience in the Travel or concierge service industry
- Experience with Amadeus or any other GDS (ticketing system)
- Enthusiasm and a positive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Flexibility and ability to work on shifts.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to efficiently handle high-value inquiries
- A good knowledge of travel and world geography
- Attention to detail.
Desired Candidate Profile
