Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Role (Overall Accountability) Maintain day to day activities related to PBD operations

Principal Accountabilities but not limited to the following:

  • Update portfolios of clients and ensure all account transactions are efficiently recorded/Well maintained.
  • Follow up with Front office /Brokers for pending trades/Settlement.
  • To report to front office for any notification received /action needed
  • Reconcile the Nostro/Suspense account/ and income a/c.
  • Preparer weekly/monthly income reconciliation
  • Update corporate Action and credit correctly to client account with specified rate.
  • To check Summary reports once Mid office sent.
  • Attend to RM query within the SLA periods
  • To escalate and follow with IT for any system issue
  • To ensure all quarterly trail fees booked
  • To ensure all quarterly reports are sent to client
  • To be ready for any other task assigned from other team
  • Filing of documents.
  • Any Other job assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Professional Qualifications:

Graduate in Accounting or Finance.

-Experience in the field of Investment Operations

Fresh Graduate

-Other competencies

Good Communication skills and Arabic language skills.
