About the Role

Abwaab is looking for an experienced and driven Offline Marketing Manager to lead our offline marketing efforts across Iraq. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all offline activities aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting our growth in the Iraqi market.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in field marketing, event management, and brand visibility, with excellent coordination and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage offline marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Lead and oversee on-ground activations, partnerships, and local branding efforts.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality execution.

• Manage budgets and timelines for offline marketing projects.

• Track performance and provide reports on campaign outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree

• 2+ years of experience in offline, field, or experiential marketing.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and vendor management abilities.

• Familiarity with the Iraqi market and youth/students is a plus.

• Willingness to travel and oversee campaigns on the ground when needed.
