Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and buyers
  • Source and manage off-plan resale listings across key developments
  • Match buyers with off-plan resale opportunities based on investment goals
  • Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and exit strategies
  • Negotiate offers and manage deals through to transfer or NOC stage
  • Stay up to date with developer policies, fees, and transfer requirements
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and market outreach
  • Ensure all transactions and documentation are fully compliant
What We re Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate or sales experience (off-plan or secondary preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Dubai s off-plan and resale market dynamics
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Commercially minded with an understanding of investor behaviour and ROI
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
  • Target-driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
  • UAE driver s license
