Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expertly guide clients through the off-plan property selection process, showcasing properties with precision and market insight.
- Proactively manage client relationships, providing consistent updates and addressing inquiries to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify prime investment opportunities, staying ahead of trends and competitor offerings.
- Skillfully negotiate purchase agreements and close deals, maximizing sales volume and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to streamline processes and enhance the client journey.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of off-plan property regulations and legal frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and marketing materials tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to the team's overall success.
- Stay informed on project developments, construction progress, and handover timelines.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds relevant certifications, such as a Real Estate Broker license, demonstrating professional competence.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in off-plan property sales within the UAE real estate market.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market dynamics, regulations, and trends.
- Exhibits strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, building rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management abilities, managing multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Displays a high level of professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
