Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all quality assurance and inspection activities on offshore projects, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and international standards like ISO
  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship at various stages of offshore construction and installation, identifying and documenting any non-conformances.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection test plans (ITPs), tailored to specific project requirements and risk assessments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent.

  • Holds certifications such as CSWIP, AWS, or API certifications, demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant industry standards.

  • ARAMCO experience is an advantage

  • ARAMCO CBT certification is a plus

  • Offshore certification (BOSIET / Survival) required

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in QA/QC within the offshore oil and gas industry, with a focus on construction and fabrication.

  • Demonstrates experience in managing and supervising QA/QC activities on offshore projects, including experience with pipelines, structures, or subsea equipment.
