Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Overhead High Tension Line (OHTL) projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, supervisors, and field personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout all OHTL operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring the safety of the workforce and the public.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Hold relevant professional certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the OHTL industry, with at least 5 years in a management role.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of OHTL design, construction, and maintenance practices.
