Roles & Responsibilities

Missions
Identify supply needs according to technical and operational requirements.
Managing local and international purchases, from supplier consultation to contract signing.
Negotiate prices, deadlines, payment terms and contractual terms.
Monitor and coordinate transit, customs, transport and storage operations.
Ensure the planning and management of stock levels to avoid stockouts.
Profile
Proven mastery of purchasing and supply chain processes in the oil industry.
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Proven skills in contract negotiation and supplier management.
Ability to manage complex logistical flows and operational emergencies.
