Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a passionate and talented Omnichannel Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the omnichannel engagement strategy for the Saudi cluster aligned with global direction.
- Design and implement customer segmentation models based on HCP behavior, prescription data, and engagement insights.
- Build targeted engagement blueprints for each segment, defining optimal channel mix, frequency, and personalization approach.
- Monitor HCP interactions and inquiries and ensure responses are delivered within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze engagement performance metrics and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Design and execute end-to-end omnichannel campaigns aligned with business and behavioral objectives.
- Develop, localize, and adapt multimedia content including emails, interactive modules, videos, and digital assets for the Saudi market.
- Orchestrate integrated deployment across digital, virtual, and email channels to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure content compliance and brand alignment.
- Track campaign performance and continuously enhance content effectiveness and engagement impact.
- Conduct monthly physical visits to key accounts in Saudi Arabia (minimum one visit per month).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders through face-to-face engagement.
- Represent the company at major medical conferences, exhibitions, and industry events in Saudi Arabia.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical commercial experience (sales and/or marketing), including 2+ years in omnichannel or digital roles.
- Strong expertise in customer segmentation, behavioral targeting, and data-driven engagement strategies.
- Proven experience in omnichannel campaign execution and content development.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and analytics tools.
- Solid knowledge of Saudi healthcare regulations and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
Desired Candidate Profile
