Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct engaging sales training sessions for new hires and current team members.

  • Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions focused on real estate sales techniques, client communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to identify training needs and performance gaps.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, company products, and real estate regulations to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
  • Support the onboarding process for new sales agents, helping them quickly adapt to company culture and procedures.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high professional standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related sales field.

  • Strong understanding of the sales process, client relationship management, and closing techniques.
  • Outstanding communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about coaching others.
  • Eager to learn and continuously improve personal and professional skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) or other training software/tools.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
