Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working from Client's premises at Madinaty and Rehab
  • Handling claims and approvals with Insurance company
  • Manage urgent and emergency cases on-site
  • Handle Day to day cases in coordination with Account Manager
  • Manage onsite team performance and productivity.


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor degree of any related field
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in the medical insurance field
3. Must be a Cairo Resident (Heliopolis, NasrCity or 5th Settlement)
4. Car is a must
5. Acceptable English Language
6. Excellent Microsoft Office skills
7. Excellent Communication and Client oriented
