Roles & Responsibilities

How you ll make an impact

  • Diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues effectively and efficiently.

  • Ensuring that computers are delivered in a 'ready-to-use' condition for IT users Conducting regular inventory checks for relevant hardware.

  • Coordinating logistics by utilizing local logistics providers to transport and relocate devices between locations.

  • Handling warranty cases in collaboration with the appropriate Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) vendors.

  • Offer support to end users and ensure the functionality of IT equipment and software in meeting rooms and other user/p>

  • Follow OSS procedures as outlined in the Runbook, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.

  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in computer science.

3- 5 years of professional experience in IT support.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

Experience in ServiceNow.

Have a proactive and solution-oriented mind-set and could work independently and self-driven.

Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
