Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Brand Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth in the breast cancer oncology portfolio, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Drive Product Launches : Manage end-to-end launch activities for new indications and products, ensuring successful market entry through cross-functional collaboration.
- Execute Marketing Campaigns : Design and deliver omnichannel campaigns and educational initiatives targeting HCPs and key stakeholders.
- Engage KOLs : Build and maintain strong relationships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders to enhance brand credibility and advocacy.
- Manage Budgets & Performance : Oversee A&P budgets, monitor brand performance, and implement corrective actions to meet business goals.
- Leverage Market Insights : Conduct market research and analyze clinical trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business-related field.
• 2 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior involvement in new product launches is required.
• Proven track record in commercial excellence and cross-functional execution.
• Experience in oncology, particularly breast cancer, is highly desirable.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
