Roles & Responsibilities
An Online Channel Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing a company's online sales channels to drive revenue and growth. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase sales through various online platforms, managing relationships with online partners, and analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Online Channel Strategies:
- Creating and implementing strategies to maximize sales and market share through online channels like e-commerce websites, online marketplaces, and social media platforms.
Manage Online Sales Channels:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of online sales channels, ensuring smooth transactions, product availability, and optimal user experience.
Sales Performance Analysis:
- Tracking and analyzing online sales data, identifying trends, and generating reports to assess the effectiveness of channel strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Content Creation and Management:
- Developing engaging content, such as product descriptions, website mapping, images and price updating.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive online customer experience.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keeping abreast of the latest online marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to optimize channel performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Working closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align online channel strategies with overall business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong understanding of online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and social media marketing.
