Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of SAVA s online stores and delivery channels
- Monitor and drive sales performance, profitability, and conversion rates across online platforms
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and visibility tools to maximize channel growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for online marketplace and platform account managers
- Ensure products are accurately listed, categorized, and visually optimized with correct images, descriptions, and tags
- Coordinate with store operations to maintain accurate stock levels and real-time availability
- Resolve issues related to delivery failures, order cancellations, and customer complaints
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, tactical promotions, and visibility initiatives
- Track performance KPIs and use insights to continuously improve online commercial results

Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing online marketplaces or digital commerce channels
- Experience within grocery, FMCG, or quick-commerce platforms is preferred
- Strong understanding of online pricing strategies, promotions, and shopper behavior
- Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and performance metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
