You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

Position Details - Individual class for an adult

• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 4pm-8pm
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 2x a week
• Lesson Duration: 1 hour
• Current Location/ Time Zone: Central European Time/Lithuania
• Preferred platform: Google Meets
• Current target language level: Complete beginner. He would like a teacher to assess his level.
• language spoken at home: Lithuanian, English fluent, Russian A1
• Student s language needs and goals: He would like to learn how to communicate effectively in everyday situations, such as going shopping, asking for directions, and handling daily tasks with ease. His lessons should focus on building vocabulary, improving listening comprehension, mastering pronunciation and local accents, and learning common phrases that native speakers use regularly. He is also interested in practicing conversations with native speakers, understanding how to be polite in the new country, ordering at restaurants, navigating shopping experiences, exploring business culture, and using public transportation confidently

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
• To have a minimum of two years of experience teaching Polish
