Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email, to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and retain the target audience.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for content and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates on campaign progress and results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics.
- Manage social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
- Assist in the creation and execution of A/B tests to improve campaign performance and user experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is essential, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing is preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in the e-commerce or SaaS industry are highly desirable.
