Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication & Sales:
  • Manage customer inquiries and conversations via WhatsApp and other online channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product recommendations, answer questions clearly, and guide customers toward purchasing decisions
  • Close sales deals through WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, turning challenges into positive outcomes.
2. Order Preparation & Shipment Coordination:
  • Accurately prepare and package customer orders according to company standards.
  • Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure prompt pickup and delivery of orders.
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery delays or issues until successful order completion.
3. E-commerce Platform Management:
  • Maintain and update product listings, prices, and stock availability on Shopify.
  • Upload new products and ensure high-quality product images and descriptions are displayed.
  • Monitor online store performance and suggest improvements for better user experience.
4. Sales Performance:
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and boosting revenue.
  • Apply persuasive sales techniques to increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize campaign conversions and turn leads into paying customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 2 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Business communication and online sales techniques.
  • Good understanding of Shopify platform for managing products and orders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales online.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling orders and shipments.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a polite and persuasive approach.

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
