Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
Provide accurate product information, including features, specifications, pricing, and availability.
Recommend furniture and electronics products based on customer needs and preferences.
Process online orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Maintain product listings, images, and descriptions on online platforms.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies:
Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales, customer service, or retail (furniture/electronics sales is a plus).
BT, TS, or High school Diploma (required).
Fluency in Arabic and good in English (verbal and written).
