Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via website chat, social media, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide product information, pricing, and availability for home appliances and furniture items.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
Support the online sales process from inquiry to order confirmation.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience in customer service, online sales, or retail support is a plus.
Good knowledge of home appliances or furniture products is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple online conversations simultaneously.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
