Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media and calls.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations via phone or online platforms.

- Manage website updates, including data entry, product listings, and images.
- Manage stock and stock inventory.
- Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle order packaging and logistics tasks, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
- Oversee customer returns and exchanges.
Note: Work from office is required.
