Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and personalized online tutoring sessions to students, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
- Develop and curate customized learning materials, including lesson plans, practice exercises, and assessments, to reinforce concepts and track student progress.
- Provide clear, concise explanations of complex topics, breaking them down into manageable segments for easy understanding and retention.
- Offer constructive feedback on student assignments and performance, highlighting areas of strength and providing actionable strategies for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English) is a must have to apply for this role.
Possess a valid teaching certification or equivalent credential from a recognized educational institution to be eligible.
Prior experience in online tutoring or teaching, demonstrating a proven track record of student success, is essential.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the education sector, showcasing adaptability and a deep understanding of educational methodologies.
