Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence & Vendor Relations: Act as the primary contact for all billboard owners in Egypt. You will proactively map the market to find new owners, verify who owns which adspace, screen or billboard, and negotiate the best market rates.
- Proposal Review & Technical Input: You are the Final Eye on all media plans. You will review the plans created by the Account Managers to ensure the locations are available, the pricing is correct, and the strategy is road-smart.
- Data Feeding (AdMetrics): You are the bridge between the streets and our tech. You will provide validated updates on inventory changes and market trends to our data team to ensure our AdMetrics dashboard is 100% accurate.
- Commercial Support: Help the sales team win by identifying the best-performing spots for their clients and providing them with the local market intel they need to close deals.
- The Procurement Bridge: Once a campaign is confirmed, you secure the assets and hand them over to Operations to trigger the booking process. You are the first point of contact for solving any vendor-level issues during a campaign.
Requirements:
- The OOH Network: 3-8 years in OOH media buying or planning. You should already have a solid list of vendor contacts and know the players in the market.
- Road Knowledge: You can visualize the traffic flow and inventory locations across Cairo, be it Sheikh Zayed or Mohamed Naguib Axis all through October Bridge. You know the value of locations based on the streets they sit on.
- Independent Doer: We need a self-starter who can manage their own workflow, use Excel/Zoho CRM, and handle vendor negotiations without needing hand-holding.
- Attributes: A sharp negotiator who is organized and comfortable with data. Fluent in Arabic and English.
