Coordinate daily operations of the Outpatient Department (OPD) to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services.
• Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support staff to optimize patient care and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Monitor and manage appointment schedules, minimizing wait times and maximizing resource utilization.
• Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the OPD.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on department performance, patient feedback, and operational challenges.
• Support onboarding and training of new OPD staff members.
• Handle patient complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the OPD environment is clean, safe, and welcoming for patients and visitors.
