Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect enterprise AI solutions across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Lead end-to-end AI workflows covering data ingestion, ETL pipelines, feature engineering, and model development.
  • Develop scalable data architectures and optimize enterprise datasets for AI/ML workloads.
  • Drive adoption of Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems within enterprise applications.
  • Define and implement reference architectures, frameworks, and AI/ML best practices.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance across all AI/ML solutions.
  • Architect MLOps frameworks for automated model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee GPU orchestration, Kubernetes, and OpenShift AI clusters for scalable AI performance.
  • Implement observability frameworks for monitoring AI models, pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines using tools like Spark, Kafka, and Airflow.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure safe handling of data and AI assets.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and cross-functional teams.
  • Champion innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies.
  • Manage AI delivery timelines to ensure enterprise-grade solutions are deployed on schedule.
  • Standardize practices for model governance, version control, and reproducibility.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of AI workloads in production.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in enterprise AI, advising executives and project stakeholders.
  • Build collaborative frameworks for AI adoption across multiple business domains.
  • Continuously update AI strategies to align with fast-changing industry trends and organizational goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Position Objectives:

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise AI architecture for on-premises and hybrid platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, ETL, model development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Drive adoption of next-generation AI technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based frameworks.
  • Establish best practices, governance, and scalable reference architectures for enterprise AI.
  • Ensure security, observability, and performance in AI/ML deployments across hybrid and cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, MLOps, Security, Business) to align with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and innovation in advancing enterprise AI capabilities.


Qualifications & Experience :

  • Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML/DL.
  • Proven expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and building large-scale data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
  • Strong hands-on experience in architecting secure, scalable, and production-ready AI/ML solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift AI, GPU orchestration, and hybrid/on-prem AI deployments.
  • Practical experience in MLOps, model monitoring, observability, governance, and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in deploying LLMs, Generative AI, and multi-agent frameworks in enterprise settings.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data integration and AI-driven business transformation.
  • Leadership experience in guiding AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Security teams across large organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, innovation, and stakeholder management skills in fast-changing AI landscapes.
  • Languages: English Mandatory; Arabic Preferred.
  • Relevant Certifications (Preferred):
  • Kubernetes / OpenShift Architect Certification.
  • Cloud Architect Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Data Engineering / Big Data Certifications.
