Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all OR nursing activities and staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety, and infection control standards.
- Oversee surgical schedules, instrument readiness, and OR workflow.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthetists, and medical teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an OR / Operating Room Nurse, with leadership exposure.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and OR protocols.
Candidates from inside or outside the UAE are welcome.
Eligible for licensing (UAE or home country).
