Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating room, instruments, and sterile supplies
- Maintain sterile field and assist surgeon during procedures
- Anticipate surgical team needs and pass instruments efficiently
- Perform counts of instruments, sponges, and sharps
- Assist with patient preparation, dressing, and post-op transfer
- Ensure proper cleaning, sterilization, and equipment functionality
- Follow infection control and surgical safety protocols
- Support emergency situations when required
Desired Candidate Profile
TS or BT in Nursing
Minimum 1 year OR experience preferred
Knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills
