Develop and implementation of the asset O&M management system and procedures.

Asset O&M Management Plans and Budget responsibility for all the assets, including annual input to business planning process as well as periodic re-forecasting process

Selection and implementation of Asset Management Tools to monitor the Portfolio of Projects.

Analysis of the O&M market.

O&M Tender Process management and selection of all the external contractors for the O&M services.

Commercial negotiations of the O&M contracts and O&M Services and selection of the contractors. Analysis and draft of the O&M contracts for the maintenance of the plants, verifying technically and negotiating the offers of suppliers.

With the support of Legal and Contract Manager functions management of O&M Contracts.

Management of the Insurance Claims process and liaising with all the involved parties

Liaising with the financial department to support the emission of the correct invoices.

Together with the line manager, Size, structure, select and manage the O&M team at headquarters and Sites.

Management and supervision of all the activities related to the handover from Construction to Operation stage, warranty period, punch list, etc.

Execution and monitoring of the implementation of the asset maintenance.

Maximization of the investment values of the assets through the management of the operational costs, O&M strategy and technical design optimization.

Implementation of the operational procedures to deliver high quality results.

Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual reports related to the assets.

Management of all the involved external stakeholders, contractors and involved parties on all br issues related to the assets and resolution of the same issues.

Ensuring all the assets follow the statutory requirements for E&S.

Monitoring the performances of the plants remotely via the SCADA systems/ assets management systems:

o Advanced analytics / performance diagnostics

o Predictive maintenance

o Data quality governance

Analysis of all the KPIs related to the assets - evaluation of the results, and KPI- driven decision making

Checking the performance reports coming from the O&M Contractor, analysing the issues and suggesting technical solutions (identifying activities and technologies) to achieve the Guaranteed PR

Dealing directly with all sub-contractors involved in the O&M activities, working on the plants ensuring that the agreed service level agreements are met

Checking the data (Import/Export) of the meters reading coming from the energy suppliers to confirm to the financial department the correct payment of the invoices

Site visits to check the status of the plants.

Management of the PPAs requirements related to the solar and wind assets.

Energy forecasting

o Define and oversee energy forecasting processes for wind, solar and hybrid assets, ensuring data quality and forecast accuracy.

o Coordinate with forecasting providers and internal teams to continuously improve forecast performance and reduce deviations.

o Use energy forecasts to support maintenance planning, performance optimisation, PPA compliance and curtailment analysis.

o Preparation and discussion with Investment team of O&M assumptions (including OPEX) for projects in origination/development stage. Update of Financial Model assumptions required to optimise the Company s Projects Financial Models.

o Support commercial and BESS operational strategies by aligning forecasts with dispatch, EMS and revenue optimisation needs.

In House O&M implementation (if decided)

o Define and lead the strategy for the establishment and scaling of the in-house O&M organisation across wind, solar and BESS assets.

o Develop the in-house O&M operating model, including organisational structure, roles, procedures, tools and KPIs.

o Manage the transition from outsourced to in-house O&M, ensuring continuity of operations, safety and performance.

o Recruit, develop and lead in-house O&M teams while maintaining effective interfaces with OEMs and external service providers.
