Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Title: Operations Coordinator and process Analyst
- Job Identification:
Operations Coordinator and process Analyst is responsible to understand operational processes, collect and analyse data, build and upgrade dashboards to enhance business processes and performance. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects by liaising between functional and cross functional team members.
- Job Description & responsibilities:
Assist in building project plans for process improvements and system implementations.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and coordination of tasks.
Provide regular status reports and updates to management, highlighting project progress and challenges
Ensure projects are organized in conformance with timelines, cost and deliverables requirement.
Highlight risk and opportunities aiming at optimizing the outcome the deliverable of a project.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to measure operational KPIs periodically.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision making
Analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks to make improvements
Collaborate with all subordinates to ensure improvement plan deployment
Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the operations function
Assist COO in ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business or related field.
- Experience:
1-3 years in experience.
- Skills and Knowledge:
Fluency in Arabic and English
Excellent computer proficiency/skills
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency (excel, visio) and Business Intelligence (BI)
- Competencies:
Team player with a mature working attitude.
Advanced Analytical and reporting skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Project management skills
Adaptability to operation changes
