Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Track and analyze projects performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Collect management requirements and transform it into projects requirements.
Work with resource management on resource planning, availability, and allocation according to projects requirements.
Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks.
Follow Up team on project work to keep project going according to schedule.
Communicate to the management changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
Track and analyze project performance, cost performance, schedule, and report to the management on the changes project scope, project schedule, and project costs, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Participate in team s performance reviews.
Perform quality assurance.
Finalizing projects documentation, pass project deliverables to operations.
All crew change activities including flights, hotel bookings and all logistics related tasks
Prepare monthly timesheets for all crew
Timely follow-ups with crew and clients
Any other ad hocks or extra duties as per the management requirements and directions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Identify staffing needs, screening resumes, and finding the required candidates for projects.
2-3 years of proven experience in operations coordination or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using office productivity software .
Solid understanding of operational processes, and workflow management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.
Fluency in English.
