Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with company objectives.
    Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage budgets, resources and vendor relationships to support business goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to streamline workflows and achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards and local regulations.
  • Track operational KPIs, prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead and mentor teams to foster accountability, performance and collaboration.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a management role, preferably in hospitals - medical center.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial management, resource planning, and operational KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
